POLICIES

Cancellation Policy

You can reschedule or cancel our appointment until 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you cancel within 48 hours, you will be charged a $50-$150 cancellation fee based on the number of services you have scheduled.

No-calls and no-shows will be charged half the price of the services booked. Future appointments will be booked with a deposit.


Late Policy

If you are running 15 minutes or more late, please contact me as soon as possible. This might cause fewer services to be done or the appointment to be rescheduled completely.


Redo/Refund Policy

There will be no refunds on any service. If you need any adjustments done to your hair, please reach out to me within 72 hours.


General Salon Policy


If you are sick 48 hours prior to your appointment, please contact me to reschedule the appointment.

Due to space and safety precautions, we ask that guests and children do not accompany you to the salon.

  1. Credit/Debit: Visa, American Express, and Mastercard

  2. Apple Pay

  3. Exact Cash, as we do not keep cash at the salon
