Do you offer private room for hair services?
Yes, Richmond location is a suite where I can provide complete privacy.

What do I need to prepare for the consultation appointment?
Consultation appointments will be 15-20 minutes long. We will review the service details, your hair goals, the maintenance your hair will need, and the pricing for your service. We’ll schedule an appointment for your service at the end of this appointment.
What products do you use?
I use Schwarzkopf Professional for color services and treatments. I also use Milbon, Oribe, Nioxin, and Olaplex for styling products. I vary between Oribe, Alterna, and Milbon based on the individual’s hairstyle and needs.
Is the salon kid-friendly?
Due to the limited space and the chemicals and sharp tools in the salon, we do not allow children and additional guests unless they are having a service with another artist.
Do you have a reschedule and cancellation policy?
You can reschedule or cancel our appointment until 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you cancel within 48 hours, you will be charged a $50-$150 cancellation fee based on the number of services you have scheduled.
What happens if I forget my appointment?
The booking system sends email and text reminders three days before your appointment. Please contact me if you won’t be coming. No-calls and no-shows will be charged half the price of the services booked. Future appointments will be booked with a deposit.
What forms of payment are accepted at the salon?
For credit/debit cards, we accept Visa, American Express, and Mastercard. We also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay and exact cash, as we don’t keep cash at the salon.
Where are you located?
I am located within Kaleido Hair in Houston and Salons by JC Aliana in Richmond.
Where can I park for my appointment?
For Houston, you can either park right in front of the salon or in our parking lot, which is located behind the brown brick office building on Yupon Street, across from the post office.
For Richmond, you can park right in front of the salon.
Do you take walk-ins?
Every client’s service is customized based on their hair, and appointment times vary. I take appointments only. You can check availability via the book online links available for both locations or contact me directly.
Is it mandatory to schedule a consultation
Consultations are required for new clients, color corrections, and if you’re trying to go for a brand new look. Consultation appointments are complimentary and can be booked through the website.
What happens if I’m running late for my service appointment?
If you’re running late, please get in touch with me and let me know. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we will need to shorten or reschedule the service appointment.
